Before its departure, the Águilas City Council wanted to offer both them and their host families a day of coexistence during which they were given a knapsack with clothes and shoes that adds to the many gifts offered in these days by different associations and local collectives.
From the Consistory have wanted to thank the host families for the great work they do, enabling the Saharawi child population of refugee camps to get out of the harsh conditions in which they live, and away from the high temperatures of the desert.
