The Municipal Center of the Third Age Antonio Sicilia Segura inaugurated yesterday the XXX Socio-Cultural Week in the course of an act chaired by the deputy mayor, Rosalía Casado, the president of the center, Juana González, and the mayor of the Third Age, Encarna Navarrese.
The act began with the opening of the exhibition of handicrafts of the workshops that throughout the course have been developed in the center, as well as with the delivery of diplomas to all the participants.
The day continued with the demonstration of the dance group "Mar Azul", composed of users of the Municipal Center of the Third Age and the show of the transformistas Emilio Ródenas and Yeray.
The program of performances, which will last until next Friday, will be completed with:
Tuesday at 8 pm at the Casa de Cultura:
Biodanza talk by Laura Canuto.
Flamenco performance Fabián Pinilla and El Lagunero.
Wednesday at 8 pm at the House of Culture:
Talk Benefits of the ovo-dairy-vegetarian diet by the nutritionist Ana Sofía Ruiz.
Performance of the Polyphonic Choir of the Center for the Third Age.
Thursday at 8:00 pm at the Casa de Cultura:
Talk workshop on memory by Silvia García Moraga.
Performance of the Antequera group.
Friday at 8:00 pm at the Casa de Cultura:
Closing of the Socio-cultural Week.
