The mayor, the director of the company Looije and the director of the CEIP Las Lomas inaugurated this morning the first school greenhouse belonging to the collaboration agreement signed between the City Council and said company, supported by the Department of the Environment.
Mari Carmen Moreno, mayor, Juan José López, director of the company Looije and Josefa Ramírez Navarro, director of the CEIP Las Lomas inaugurated this morning the first school greenhouse belonging to the collaboration agreement signed between the City Council and said company, promoted and supported by the council of the environment, an event in which the mayor of the Environment, Isabel María Torrente, was also present.
It is the first ecological greenhouse school implemented since the signing of the collaboration agreement and that will start its activity as soon as possible so that students of this school can learn while enjoying how to get the vegetables that come to our table.
An activity that, Ramírez told us, -in the case of the CEIP Las Lomas, they will carry out all the courses from infant to sixth grade of primary school-.
Moreno thanked the director of Looije for the rapidity in initiating actions that fulfill the commitment acquired and congratulated the school director for the donated ecological greenhouse school.
