Under the slogan "Old age has a lot to tell", the nonagenerio aguileño Manuel Robles Martínez presented yesterday the book Week of day in an act attended by the mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Culture, Lucía Hernández.
The work, to which Robles Martínez has dedicated almost 15 years, is inspired by the short stage in which he served the Civil Guard, at the end of the 50s. "The novel is dotted with anecdotes, philosophical reflections and picturesque adventures, all narrated with the unmistakable prose, with aquiline flavor, by Manuel Robles Martínez ", said during the presentation the writer and son of the author, Salvador Robles Miras.
The act, enlivened by the accords of the musicians of the Aguileño Musical Board, was presented by the coordinator of the Home Care Service, Marita Pérez, the teacher Miguel Ramón and the writer Salvador Robles.
