This morning the Eagles Natural Trails Network was presented;

a project launched by the town council in order to revalue the natural environment of our municipality offering a total of seven trails that have been conditioned, marked and included in the catalogs of hiking of the Federation of Mountaineering of the Region of Murcia and the Cities that Walk Project.

During the presentation of the same, the first aquiline mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, expressed his gratitude to the group of participants of the Local Public Employment Program "Inventory, conditioning and improvement of a network of nature trails, their environments and other areas of interest in the municipal term of Águilas, Phase I ", started up by the Local Development Department, since - he said" they have worked to develop the design of the network of trails, as well as in the tasks of cleaning and adaptation of sections urban and peri-urban areas and in the achievement of the different permits that have been necessary to carry out this project ".

Moreno has also expressed his conviction that this Network of Natural Trails will be "very positive for a municipality like Águilas with an important sports culture".

It should be noted that, in addition to the official signage that has been installed on each of the trails included in this network, 5,000 brochures have been published with detailed information on each of the trails, their difficulty and the estimated time of travel.

To conclude, the first aquiline mayor recalled that the implementation of this project "implies the fulfillment of an electoral commitment of this Government Team".
