The Civil Guard of Eagles celebrated the feast of its Patron on Friday.

The acts began with a religious service in the Parish of San José before the image of the Virgen del Pilar attended by a large number of members of the Benemérita, headed by the chief lieutenant of the main post in the town, Joaquín Guillamón.

The event also had the presence of a large group of representatives of the municipal corporation among which were the mayor of Águilas and Councilor for Public Safety, Mari Carmen Moreno.

After the religious ceremony, the delivery of the Cross to Merit took place, by the Civil Guard, at the end of the Local Police Felipe Mula.
