The aquiline nucleus of the Communist Party of Spain has carried out a street action in the municipality to express its rejection to the judgment of the Supreme Court on the tax on mortgages.
The local nucleus of the Communist Party of Spain (PCE) has carried out an action through the streets of Águilas, which has consisted of a glued poster for the bank branches of our municipality under the slogan "Before the Supreme Coup of the bank ... the town returns it! "
In this way, the PCE shows its absolute rejection of the recent ruling of the Supreme Court whereby the claim of the national government that banks are paying the expenses and taxes derived from mortgages has been dropped.
"The interest of the bank has been put before the general interests of our people," they lament in the Communist Party.
"We denounce that the judicial system is at the service of the interest of the banks and not of the social majority".
In a press release, they affirm that "it is evident that the families that could recover exorbitant expenses that they had to pay and continue paying, would not be harmed and are not the concern of the judicial power."
"To protect financial power, anything goes," they say.
