On Monday a Children's Plenary will be held in which sixth-grade students from all the schools in the town will participate.
In the same will be discussed on matters of interest to our children, related to articles of the Constitution that speak of rights and duties of the child, as well as any other matter of interest to our locality.
Also, throughout the week various educational centers in the town will visit the Plenary Hall of the City Council, the Municipal Archive, and the Mayor's Office, where they will be received by the first aquiline mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, who will be in charge of transmitting the importance of the institutions and what the Spanish Constitution has meant to build a better and more egalitarian society.
The acts will conclude on Thursday, the anniversary of the Constitution, date chosen for the inauguration of a room located in the City of Águilas where, from that day, the portraits of the mayors that our town has had since the year will be found 1978;
a symbol that will serve to remember your work, effort and dedication to the town of Águilas.
