The characters of the Carnival together with the Sirena Infantil have returned to be responsible for illuminating Christmas with the symbolic act of lighting that took place last Wednesday and brought together a large number of people in the popular Roundabout.
More than 525,000 points of light distributed in 150 arches and 6 light firs eight meters high this year make up the Christmas lights of the town.
Also, and what is more important, despite this expansion, energy consumption will be reduced by 35%, which means a much more sustainable Christmas and committed to the environment.
As regards the Christmas setting to the arches and luminous figures, we must add the ornaments in palm trees and the planting of 1,500 Easter flowers.
