The Hall of Mirrors of the Casino de Aguilas yesterday hosted the presentation of the book "Águilas. Haz y envés de la mirada", by Pascual Gálvez and Gabriel Muñiz.
An act that was attended by the mayor of Culture, Lucía Hernández, and the mayor of Tourism, Ginés Desiderio Navarro.
The book is made up of a hundred haikus of text and photos about Águilas;
some of which are intrinsically aquiline and others with a more universal vocation but all of them with the common denominator of offering a different vision of the essences of Eagles.
It is a symmetrical book, which plays with symmetry as is evident both in Muñiz's prologue and in Gálvez's epilogue.
Also striking is the fact that in Haz a photograph and a Haiku are contrasted, while in Envés they do a Haiku and a photograph;
a distribution that is directly related to the creative process: in Haz a Haiku was created from a photograph, while in Envés a photograph was created from a Haiku.
