Under the premise that "art has no fixed form or support in which to appear" - as declared by the mayor of Culture, Lucia Hernandez - was recently presented the second edition of the National Artists in Shirt, organized by the Museum of T-shirts in collaboration with the Department of Culture.
The contest serves to complete the charity exhibition of the same name that will celebrate in June and whose benefits will go to the Red Cross this year.
"The contest will allow selecting the works that will participate in the third exhibition Artists of T-shirt, these t-shirts with art will only be available during the exhibition and the sale of the same will go to the Red Cross of Eagles", explained Juan Jorquera, manager of the Museum of T-shirts
For his part, Miguel Molina, president of the Red Cross, expressed his gratitude "both the T-shirt Museum and the City of Águilas for having the Red Cross present for this initiative that will be of great help for one of our projects aimed at families with problems".
The participants, who can present their works until March 31, will be eligible for four prizes of 600, 400 and 200 euros.
