The Councilman of the Popular Municipal Group, Francisco Navarro, presents to the ordinary plenary session in January a motion where he explains that as a result of the cadastral update carried out in 2016, many agencies, companies and farmers have seen a marked increase in their rural contribution receipts.
Entities that generate employment for our locality and that see how their activity becomes more and more complicated.
According to the popular mayor, from the local administration, which is the closest to them and to the extent of our skills, we must work to make their activity easier and facilitate the creation of wealth and employment.
Given the refusal of our mayor to the proposal we presented last September to lower the tax rate of the IBI paper, we are forced to present this initiative to try to alleviate the significant increase in the rural contribution, as a result of the update cadastral of 2016.
For all this, concludes Francisco Navarro, the Plenary is proposed "That the necessary procedures be carried out to modify the regulatory ordinance of the Tax on Real Estate, to apply bonuses to the agrarian structures generating employment (irrigation heads, warehouses of tools, reservoirs , etc.) All this without jeopardizing the budget stability of our City Council ".
