2019 has begun with films for AFEMAC Mental Health users, since last January 4 took place in the House of Culture "Francisco Rabal" of our town, the "Short Film Show" directed by Benito Rabal, who as We informed in previous bulletins, developed a workshop in our facilities for six months and that culminated with the recording of the film with which AFEMAC participated in the Short Films Competition "Feafes en corto", organized by the Mental Health Federation of the Region of Murcia and held last December in the capital of Murcia, and that on January 4 was officially presented to the public aquiline. "In the sample presented three other productions:" The wheel "," Instants "and" Very enfafadao " , all starred mainly by talented aquiline actors.
The last projected short was that of our association, "I am like you", where the problem of people with mental health problems is addressed, with special emphasis on the stigma associated with this group.
As a final touch, the AFEMAC users gave a gift with cinematographic motifs in recognition of all the participants, performed by them in their occupational workshops.
From AFEMAC we appreciate the collaboration of Benito Rabal as well as "Libélula Film Studio", without whose collaboration it would not have been possible to carry out this project.
