Next Friday begins the second edition of the Tapa and Solidarity Dessert Route that this morning was presented at the City Council of Águilas, at a ceremony in which the councilor of Tourism, Ginés Desiderio Navarro, the president of HosteÁguilas, Vicente, were present Sanchez, and the president of Fundown, Diego González.
The gastronomic tour, organized by the HosteÁguilas, with the backing of the Águilas and Estrella Levante City Council, has 14 participating companies that will donate 30% of the amount collected for the tapas and desserts sold and accounted for through Fundown bonuses- raffles.
"The objective is that, edition after edition, more bars and restaurants of Águilas join this solidary proposal, associating leisure, gastronomy and solidarity", said Sánchez during the press conference.
This year, the donation will be for Fundown, its main objective being the promotion and improvement of living conditions that seek family, social and work inclusion and the development of a full life for people with Down Syndrome and intellectual disability. .
Ginés Restaurant, La Veleta, Costa Azul, El Tiburón, Souk of the Sea, Nostra Brasería, Don Gato House, Barra 6, Cueva, Bamboo, Alhambra Bar, King of Supplies, Oranje Pastry and Cafe Mas Café will offer a total of twenty tapas and two solitary desserts that diners can enjoy for thirteen consecutive days at a price of 2.50 plus fifth, maintaining the same price desserts.
The Tapas and Desserts will be accounted for through the Bonus-Sweepstakes;
the full bonuses will be entered into a raffle consisting of accommodation, gastronomy and Spa, promoted by the Hostel Bea Beach and Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel.
All bonuses must be deposited at the Águilas Tourism office.
The raffle for the Leisure Package will be held on March 6 at 11.30 am at the headquarters of HosteÁguilas.
