Last week took place, in the town hall of the City of Águilas, the delivery of contracts to the seven participants in the Local Public Employment Program for long-term unemployed launched by the town hall aquiline.
The first mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, the Local Development Councilor, Ginés Desiderio Navarro, and the Economic-Financial Management technician of Águilas City Council, Diego Mª Martínez, as well as the seven beneficiaries of the program, all of them officers from first (two masons, two painters, a locksmith, a plumber and an electrician).
The program, subsidized by the Regional Employment and Training Service and co-financed by the Ministry of Employment, Migration and Social Security, has a contribution of the City of Águilas of 40,300 euros to finance the construction materials of all actions that are will develop through it.
With a duration of six months, during the same will develop, among other actions, the revision of the plumbing of all schools in the town, the creation of flooring for playgrounds or performances of painting as the one that is being undertaken in the square Gutiérrez Mellado.
