The hall of the Municipal Center of the Third Age has welcomed the act of delivery of diplomas to the students participating in the project of "Digital literacy in mobile devices for the elderly", given by Iniciativas El Gigante Foundation and the Vodafone Spain Foundation with the collaboration of the City Council of Águilas.

During the closing ceremony of the courses, the mayor of the Third Age, Encarna Navarro, stressed that the training program "is complemented by the commitment made by the City of Águilas to incorporate ICT in the day to day of our elders, favoring thus active aging and decreasing vulnerability in this group ".
