Adverse weather was not an impediment, last weekend, for more than 750 scouts from different parts of the Region to meet at Águilas in the Intermanadas 2019. An event organized by the Scout Federation of Murcia and Grupo de Scout of the Cultural Center of Renfe, with the collaboration of the Department of Sports, which also served to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the host scout group and 150 of the scouts in Águilas.
During the ceremony, both the mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Sports, Cristóbal Casado, agreed to highlight the magnificent organization of an event that manages to bring together all the herds of the Scout Federation of Explorers of Murcia, with the aim of that the children assume behavioral norms with other cubs, enjoy free time and develop attitudes of respect towards the environment.
