The mayor of Águilas Mari Carmen Moreno, the mayor of Tourism, Ginés Desiderio Navarro, and the president of Hoste Águilas, Vicente Sanchez, presented the V Gastronomic Day of the Red Shrimp of Eagles, organized by the Hotel and Tourism Association of Águilas ( HosteÁguilas) in collaboration with Águilas City Council, Estrella de Levante and Salzillo Winery.
The gastronomic tour, in which the shrimp of the aquiline coast is the protagonist, will start next Friday and will continue until next May 12 and will include different formats, such as menus, Tapa-Gamba and for the desktop Coktails.
During the 17 days, citizens and visitors can taste different menus consisting of three starters, main course, dessert, coffee and drink with prices ranging from € 30 to € 47 per guest.
During the event, the three speakers commented on the importance of promoting and stimulating the gastronomic products of our land and its surroundings.
In this sense, they have indicated that the Gastronomic Day of the Red Shrimp of Eagles is a consolidated action and expected by customers, after the positive balances recorded year after year.
