The acting mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, delivered this week of certificates of professionalism to students who have participated in the training program Sociosanitaria Attention to People in the Home;
a formative action that has been developed in Águilas in the last months and of which twelve people of the locality have benefited.
During the award ceremony, Moreno, who was able to see first-hand the interest of the student-participants, stressed the importance of "betting on training as a way to facilitate labor inclusion in an increasingly competitive market."
This certificate of professionalism, 480 hours of training plus 120 hours of professional practice, has proven, once passed the evaluations, the training of the participants for the development of their work as caregivers of people at home.
It is important to note that this certificate of professionalism is official and is valid to work as caregivers of people at home throughout the national territory.
The action carried out has been subsidized by the Regional Employment and Training Service and co-financed by the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Social Security, by the European Social Fund and by the Águilas City Council.
