Keeping alive the traditions of the town is the priority objective of the artisan market that will be installed in the town during the next months.
A project that aims to promote the work that artisans develop in Águilas by selling their products and also making demonstrations of the manufacture of the same.
This new summer market concept, for which the options of Plaza de Alfonso Escámez or the esplanade of the Port are considered, also aims to respond to the demands that local merchants, through ACIA, have made in the last years "worried about the increase of the sale of falsifications in the diverse positions that were installing, with the damage that this supposed for the aquiline merchants", they assure from ACIA.
"With this change in the concept of the summer market, which will now become exclusively artisan and in which, as the law marks, counterfeit products can not be offered, we have responded to the demands of the Association of Merchants and Industriales de Águilas ", assured the mayor of Comercio, Ginés Desiderio Navarro.
