One more year Águilas has become the headquarters of the International University of the Sea. In this 36th edition there will be six courses that, from July to October, will be held in the town, as announced by the mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, at a press conference. the mayor of Culture, Maido Simó, and the director of the International University of the Sea, María José Portillo.
The schedule of courses, started this morning with "Fashions in food: Trends or health?";
From the 19th to the 21st of July the fifth edition of "Relaxation and meditation techniques: Self-management of stress" will be held.
From July 20 to 24 "Sexual delinquency to debate".
Between the 6th and the 8th of September a classic will take place within this summer program, "XV Current aspects in vision: Controversies in the control of myopia".
It will be followed, from September 9 to 11, by the I International Seminar "The salting industry in the Hispanic South-East in antiquity, new perspectives of study from archeology".
Finally, from 9 to 11 October, the course "Update and advances in the fragile X syndrome: New challenges" will be developed.
The program of the Universidad del Mar in Águilas will complete the 24th edition of Mirando al Mar, which will be held from 1 to 13 August.
