Twenty-two years have passed since the kidnapping and subsequent murder of Miguel �ngel Blanco at the hands of the terrorist group ETA;

an event that shook all of Spain and that brought millions of people to the streets, giving rise to a new civic awareness of struggle: the spirit of Ermua.

The City of �guilas has wanted to join this memory today and in the street that bears the name of the murdered mayor, a manifesto has been read in memory of all the victims of the terrorist group ETA.
