Yesterday ended the already popular "Tournament of the Nico" on the soccer field of Huerto Don Jorge.

Tournament that started in 1984 and still continues to give children joy.

And above all, creating moments of union, camaraderie and complicity among its more than 150 participants and a total of 14 teams competing.

In addition, the components of the different teams were awarded a trophy for sportsmanship throughout the tournament, thus acquiring a clean play roll and sportsmanship.

The prizes were awarded by the mayor of Águilas City Council, Mari Carmen Moreno, the mayor Bartolomé Hernández, and other municipal authorities.

Moreno congratulated Nico for his excellent work and encouraged her to continue like this for many more years.
