The Municipal People's Group of Eagles thanked the General Directorate of Roads of the Autonomous Community for the work that is taking these days of cleaning, clearing and cutting the margins of several regional roads that are the main access to the city and the zones. bordering coastal areas.
Specifically, the members of the Conservation Brigades of these regional networks are carrying out these tasks on the Calabardina roads (RM-D14), the Aguilas ring road (RM-D15) and the Calarreona highway (RM-333).
The technicians have begun these works with manual and mechanical means, which includes cleaning gutters, verges and the cutting of shrub vegetation from the edges that, in some cases, invade the roads.
Commitment of the regional government with Águilas
The spokesperson of the Municipal People's Group of Eagles, Eva Reverte, has said that these cleanup works are necessary to keep the main roads of the town in perfect condition, adding that "in this, as in other actions, the tacit commitment of the regional government of President López Miras with the municipality of Águilas "to which he recalled that in the previous legislature were more than nine million euros invested by the Autonomous Community in actions, projects, employment programs and works.
