The Bay of Levante became yesterday the scene of the regatta of rowing boats and the cucaña;

two of the acts that are part of the festive program on the occasion of the Assumption Day.

The activities were followed by a large number of audiences, including the mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Festejos, Cristóbal Casado.

David García achieved, for the seventeenth time, the triumph in the cucaña.

In the regatta of rowing boats, Luis García was the first to cross the finish line, followed by Fontanería Hermanos Parra / Decoración Cañada, in third position, Club Náutico de Águilas and, finally, Astilleros Carrasco.
