The mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, the mayor of Economic Development and Training, José Manuel Gálvez, and the technician of Economic-Financial Management of the City of Águilas, Diego Mª Martínez, have visited the participants of the Mixed Program of Employment and Training , launched by the City of Águilas and aimed at young beneficiaries of Youth Guarantee, called "Maintenance and improvement of gardens and green areas of Águilas".
The program has a grant from the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF), co-financed by the ESF and the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, in addition to an important contribution made by the local City Council.
During the same, with a duration of nine months, a three-month training period and a six-month professional practice period are alternated, during which time contracts for training and paid learning with 75% are signed with the participants of the minimum interprofessional salary.
The participants, who until now were unemployed, receive, throughout the entire project, guidance, advice and professional information that enables them, both for the search for employment, as well as for the establishment on their own. .
It should be noted, finally, that once finished the student-workers will obtain a Level 2 Professional Certificate.
