Within the program of events organized by the Brotherhood of Our Lady of Sorrows, in collaboration with the Department of Culture of the City of Águilas, in commemoration of the day of sorrows of the Blessed Virgin, at 6:30 pm the image de la Virgen de los Dolores left the parish of San José to be transported on shoulders by the Paso Azul pass holders.
During the tour, many Aguileños wanted to accompany their venerated Patroness, among them the mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, along with other members of the Municipal Corporation, and José Cáceres, president of the Brotherhood.
Next to the chapel of the Christ of Medinaceli a mass was held in honor of the Dolorosa after which the image returned in procession to the Parish of San José where it will remain until next Friday in Dolores, date on which he will walk again through the streets from your location
