Participants in the Mixed Employment and Training Program, launched by the City of Águilas and aimed at young beneficiaries of Youth Guarantee, called "Maintenance and improvement of gardens and green areas of Águilas" have received the Level 2 Professional Certificate once the training and practical part of the program has been successfully passed.

The program has a grant from the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF), co-financed by the ESF and the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, in addition to an important contribution made by the local City Council.

During the same period, with a duration of nine months, young people have alternated a three-month training period and a six-month professional practice period, during which time contracts for paid training and apprenticeship were signed with participants. 75% of the minimum interprofessional salary.
