The mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, will receive this afternoon the recognition "Relevant woman of the Region", granted by the University of Murcia.

The event will take place during the ElazdODS day;

during the same, and under the motto "Join the human bond for equality", a great violet bond will be formed.

Likewise, the reading of a manifesto and different musical performances will take place.

Moreno, has been very grateful for this recognition granted by the University while pointing out the "need to continue fighting for real and effective equality that will end the discrimination that many women still suffer in different areas."
