"We have always defended that the PP of Eagles will work hand in hand with the local government to promote initiatives that benefit all of the Aguileños from the consensus, but what is not acceptable is that we agree on a motion with the PSOE and now they want to put only the medal when it is an initiative approved by both political groups ", has defended the councilor of the Popular Municipal Group in the City of Águilas, Antonio Landáburu.

In this sense, the popular mayor has reminded the Socialist councilor, Francis Gallego, that the way of doing politics in Águilas has already changed and that "he must not give erroneous information to the press such as the motion to support the booksellers of the municipality and the chequelibro is something only of the PSOE when the PP presented a partial amendment to the motion of the PSOE, which was accepted by these, and was finally signed jointly by both groups, "that is why now we have greatly missed the public statements of Gallego, Landáburu has qualified.

According to the popular mayor, "the most important thing so that all this does not fall in a broken coat, is that now the Socialist Parliamentary Group complies, and once the budgets of the López Miras Government reach the Regional Assembly, they are voted in favor, so that this and other measures that benefit Águilas, see the light ".

In this sense, Landáburu has made it clear that "we will always be next to the booksellers, so that they can negotiate with the publishers and distributors the margins of their sales and do not have to do the Ministry of Education."

He also concluded by stating that "the Management Teams of the centers have told the Ministry that the Edubanc program works very well, and that thanks to that the management of the free program does not entail any excessive burden."
