Coinciding with the Day of the Dead Faithful, the municipal cemetery hosted a religious office in which the mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Cemeteries, Isabel Fernández, as well as other members of the Municipal Corporation were present.
The Mass, which was attended by more than five hundred people, ended with different floral offerings: next to the monoliths dedicated to the memory of loved ones that preceded us and another, carried out by the president of the Cabildo de Cofradías, José Cáceres, before the sculpture of the Virgen de los Dolores, patron of Águilas.
Also, we proceeded to the blessing of the marble embossed molding, the work of the aquiline sculptor Mario Fernández, installed last week in the Plaza de Los Angeles.
