Yesterday, the file for contracting the beach surveillance and rescue service was resolved, as well as the management of other foreseeable risks proposed by the award of the same to the Ambulorca-Vectoris-Diego López UTE.
A total of six companies attended this process from which one of them was excluded in the first phase of the contest because they did not obtain the necessary score in the technical and professional capacity section in the sector.
In the second phase of the contest and after the study by the municipal technicians of the five remaining projects, it was the Red Cross which placed first.
During the opening phase of envelope three, in which the economic offer presented is assessed, it was the Ambulorca-Vectoris-Diego López joint venture that achieved the highest score.
In this phase, in compliance with the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP) that requires the immediate exclusion of those proposals that exceed the standard budget included in the specifications, the Red Cross was out to exceed it by almost half a million euros .
