Navarro: "The works that are being carried out in the Plaza de la Calle Virgen de Fátima and Solidaridad do not coincide with the commitments made in the participatory budgets and the runway of the Rambla de la Culebras, it seems that the mayor has forgotten"
In addition, they recognize the collaboration of all political groups by joining the motions that are presented in the plenary of November
The Municipal Group of Eagles thanks the mayor "for hurrying" in launching projects that were in the drawer after the request of the popular, but we still think that she is breaking her promises collected in participatory budgets.
"We have requested to the full the fulfillment of the commitments acquired by the mayor in the participatory budgets, and in less than a week, after its presentation in the Register of the City Council by the Municipal Group, the works to reforest the Plaza de la calle Virgen of Fatima with Solidarity have begun ", explained the vice spokesman of the Municipal Group of the PP, Francisco Navarro.
In this regard, he regretted that these works "do not correspond to the investment of € 100,000 with which the mayor committed after the participation of the Columbians."
Another of the commitments acquired was the construction of a catwalk on the Rambla de las Culebras, "an investment that has not been made, nor is expected," Navarro said.
"We are glad that, after the pleas and motions that are presented in plenary sessions, the government team takes back part of the projects that seemed forgotten, although these do not coincide with the commitments acquired by the mayor," said the vice-spokesman of the PP, who has stressed that in this way "attempts are made to confuse citizens as they try to suggest that things are fulfilled, when they themselves know that this is not the case."
Street Appointment
In addition, with respect to the plenary held next Tuesday, the deputy spokesman of the PP of Águilas, has recognized that the path for projects to culminate in the most appropriate way always goes through the "consensus" and that it is appreciated that all political groups have joined the request of the PP to name a street with the name of Cecilio Pelegrín Martínez, promoter and founder of 'Agrupacers' and 'Primaflor', for being a patron of countless projects of Águilas and for his attachment to our city.
Sport gala
Similarly, the PP hopes that all political groups will join the proposal to recover the Aguileño Sports Gala, since "it would be a revitalizing tool and an activation of the sport in Águilas, so that it becomes an important event for the Aguileña society, at the same time acquiring social relevance outside our borders ", as Navarro has indicated.
