The Aguileño Musical Board Francisco Díaz Romero put the finishing touch to a week full of events, on the occasion of the feast of Santa Cecilia, in which there have been sports activities, open house sessions at the headquarters of the patronage or the emotional parade and collection of the new musicians that this year become part of the titular band from Aguila.
Yesterday began with a religious ceremony in the parish of San José attended by a large number of local musicians, as well as representatives of the municipal corporation.
Previously, last Friday, the Infanta Doña Elena Auditorium and Palace of Congress hosted one of the most anticipated moments: the extraordinary concert of Santa Cecilia by the Symphonic Band of the Aguileño Musical Board under the direction of Juan Rojo.
Before the concert began, the mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno, delivered, together with the director, the diplomas to the new members of both the titular band and the school band.
After the event, two hours of excellent music began that managed to put the large audience there together.
