The burning chapel with its ashes was installed yesterday in the House of Culture that bears the name of whoever it was - everyone agreed to point out yesterday - the love of his life and even his son, the filmmaker Benito Rabal, came along with family and friends , among them the lumbrerense actor, Ginés García Millán, who dedicated some verses to him while he recalled his last meeting a few years ago in the family home.
Nor did the members of the Gang of the Cuesta de Gos want to miss that with a "goodbye dear Asunción, give memories to Paco" said goodbye to this magnificent actress and even better person.
On Asunción, said his son, "she was never a subdued woman; she was always free, dignified, good person, open, fighter and committed."
