Launching a local adapted sports club and setting the calendar for the achievement of the priority objectives of the I Inclusion Plan for People with Disabilities in Águilas were two of the main conclusions reached in the Municipal Council of Disability held last Tuesday.

"The objective is to give an institutional response to these people and achieve full inclusion. We want to continue advancing in the commitment to make Águilas an inclusive municipality," said the mayor, Mari Carmen Moreno.

The Inclusion Plan for People with Disabilities in Águilas is made up of coordinated and transversal actions included in 10 work areas: information and awareness, universal accessibility, education, training, employment, health, participation, leisure, culture, social services and personal autonomy .
