Framed in the Municipal Drug Prevention Plan, the Department of Social Policy and Health of the City of Águilas has sent a letter to the establishments where alcoholic beverages are dispensed in order to inform about the regulations in this regard.
"These are dates in which the consumption of alcoholic beverages increases and it is of special concern for this City Council the consumption among minors," said the mayor of the area, María Dolores García.
Likewise, in the aforementioned letter, it is recalled that within the scope of the powers granted by the Law to the Municipalities, it is appropriate that, in correlation with the offenses established in the same, the corresponding sanctions are graduated and, at the same time, the use is established rational of municipal public spaces, which allows its use and enjoyment by all citizens in due conditions, regulated by the "Municipal Ordinance on the Sale, Dispensation and Supply of Alcoholic Beverages, as well as their consumption in public spaces and roads" .
