The Hall of Mirrors at the Casino de Águilas recently hosted the presentation of "Hostile Sea".

The third novel of the aguileño Mateo Cerdán is a tribute to all seamen whose starting point is the maritime tragedy of El Joven José, a recently built fishing vessel based in the port of Mahón, begins his last voyage one morning of the month November in the middle of Tramontana storm.

The event was attended, among others, by the mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, who stressed the importance of betting on culture as a tool for growth and development.
