Last Saturday, December 4, the posthumous tribute to the two Aguileño futsal players, disappeared a few years ago, was celebrated at the premises of the Municipal Sports Board of Águilas.
On this occasion the third game has been played in recognition of Baldomero Paredes López, and the second for Bartolomé Robles Itarte.
The tribute began with the delivery of two bouquets of flowers to the widows of both players by the Councilor for Sports of the City of Águilas, Cristóbal Casado, and the mayor of Culture, María Dolores Simó.
Teammates and friends paid tribute to the two missing players with high participation by both teams.
After the final whistle both sets merged into an emotional hug and thanked the audience gathered there.
The wives of the honoree wanted to thank the participants for their assistance.
Also, the widow of Baldomero gave to all the players a small gift as a reminder of the one who was a companion of all of them, thus closing a sporting day full of emotion in which they will surely meet again next year.
