The mayor of Tourism, Ginés Desiderio Navarro, has highlighted the magnificent reception that Juan Francisco Paredes, a chef from El Refugio de Juanfran, has had in Madrid Fusión.

Paredes, who has attended the gastronomic fair in Madrid with the financial support of the Department of Tourism of the City of Águilas and the support of HosteÁguilas, was in charge of showing, together with the actor and Masterchef participant, Edu Soto, the culinary potential from the red prawn of Águilas and the pickles of the town.
