The headquarters of the Association of Merchants and Industrialists of Águilas (ACIA) last night hosted the awards ceremony for the winners of the Christmas Showcase Contest.
An act in which the mayor of Commerce, Ginés Desiderio Navarro, and the president of ACIA, Dariem Caparrós, as well as members of the jury and representatives of the participating businesses were present.
This initiative, which ACIA has been organizing for 9 years, has as its main objective that the proximity trade decorates its windows at Christmas to make it more attractive for citizens and visitors to go out and enjoy their shopping, in such a special season, as it is Christmas.
The effort and dedication put by the merchant is rewarded with a special promotion of each of the participating showcases, a very effective positioning of the commercial offer of Aguilas, so that the president of the Association, wanted to encourage the rest of associated shops to join this initiative, totally free, and participate next year.
In this edition, the winning windows shared a score between Chic and Zapatería Pepe García.
Both shops received an award and the Association wanted to reward the effort and dedication of all participating businesses with the delivery of a personalized gift.
