Since 1995, the year in which the first Trade Union Elections were held in the company, Comisiones Obreras has obtained all the union representation.

In those first elections there were three elected Delegates;

In 2003, the increase in the workforce allowed the creation of a five-member Business Committee and, subsequently, the successive workforce increases have allowed the creation of nine-member Business Committees, all of them represented by Workers' Commissions.

Next year it will be time to negotiate the Agreement and we hope that as until now, with the determined support of the workers of Culmarex-�guilas, we can continue to progressively improve the social and economic conditions of all company personnel.

We understand that being the only union force in the company for so many years has been the result of continued union action by the Company Committee, based on the support and advice to the workers, as well as in the negotiation with the company, for the resolution of the problems that have been raised over time;

union action that has deserved the confidence of workers, who have wanted to demonstrate it with their massive support for the numerous candidacy presented.

The Federation of Citizen Services of CCOO, Region of Murcia, thanks the entire staff of CULMAREX-�GUILAS, its strong commitment to the Delegates and Delegates of Workers' Commissions who will represent them for the next four years.
