"Zero euros in investment for Águilas in the regional budgets. Zero euros. Except for what is strictly within its competence, the regional government has not allocated a single euro to Águilas because of the investments we requested they have not included a single single of them. "

These were the words of the mayor of Águilas and general secretary of the Aguileño PSOE, Mari Carmen Moreno, in the press conference offered yesterday, together with the regional deputy Rosalía Casado.

Moreno and Casado described as "miserable" the items corresponding to the municipality of Águilas to which they showed their "surprise, concern and anger with the Regional Government".

In Moreno's words "it is clear that this budget is a mockery of the citizens of Aguilas who are lying, cheating and dizzy with a subject as sensitive as health."

The Aguileña socialist made these statements in reference to the game destined for the Integral High Resolution Center;

a game that has dropped from four million euros last year to only 400,000 euros planned for 2020. A quantity, Moreno continued, which makes it clear that "the commitment to start work this year is canceled."

In the same line Rosalía Casado stated emphatically that "the amount budgeted is enough to clean the site and put up a sign if they want to come to take a new photo, but not for the construction of a CIAR that, obviously, Águilas will never see done with this government of the Popular Party and Citizens ".

Before concluding his meeting with the media, the General Secretary of the Socialists referred to the "ninguneo to which the Regional Government is submitting to our municipality. Five months ago we requested from the City Council a meeting with the Minister of Health and today we continue without having any answer. Situation identical to what happens with the Minister of Education who is also not happy to respond to the requests of a meeting that we are requesting from Águilas ".

Finally, both the mayor and the deputy announced the intention of the Socialist Parliamentary Group to present a battery of amendments to these dire budgets for Aguilas.
