The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the operating devices developed in the Carnivals of Águilas, has arrested a young man and investigated two minors, all of them as alleged perpetrators of two robbery crimes with violence and intimidation .
The first investigation began when the Civil Guard learned of the assault on a commercial establishment in Águilas.
Apparently the owner detected the presence of a known criminal, author of other thefts in the same store, which he caught trying to seize several products, at which time they struggled, so the victim was slightly injured getting the author to flee of the place
Agents specialized in Prevention of Citizen Security of the Benemérita collected the necessary information, which allowed them to find out the alleged identity of the suspect.
A young man, who accumulated a broad criminal record for crimes against property, which would have led to various court orders prohibiting access to several businesses in the town.
The Civil Guard, in collaboration with the Local Police of Eagles, established a large police device that culminated in his arrest.
The arrested male, Spanish, 46 years old and neighbor of Águilas after being made available to the Court of Instruction number 5 of Lorca (Murcia) was placed in preventive detention.
Days after this first fact, two other young people, in this case minors, were investigated as alleged perpetrators of robbery with violence and intimidation.
The investigation began after the denunciation of a neighbor of the municipality who informed the Civil Guard that when he was in a street of the town, with little traffic of people and at dawn, he was assaulted by several young people, who after wielding a knife threatened him to hand over his belongings.
Moments after the robbery was committed, the Civil Guard and the Local Police of Águilas located a first suspect with the effects stolen from his possession, for which he was investigated as the alleged perpetrator of robbery with violence and intimidation.
Later, the second minor allegedly related to the same crime was located, so he was also investigated.
The proceedings, the effects recovered and the minors investigated were made available to the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office of Murcia.
Both investigations, which have resulted in the arrest of three young people as alleged perpetrators of crimes of robbery with violence and intimidation, have been developed within the framework of the operational devices that the Civil Guard developed for the mass influx of visitors to the Águilas, to ensure citizen security during the celebration of their well-known Carnival parties.
