The mayor of Águilas, Mari Carmen Moreno, and the mayor of Education, Francis Gallego, attended the inauguration of the center STEM classroom yesterday at CEIP Las Lomas.
The commitment of CEIP Las Lomas for STEM subjects, which for several years have been working through different projects in the center, is now reflected in a classroom that has the necessary resources for students to work STEM areas to through experimentation
The STEM education system refers to an integrated scientific approach through which Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics interact as a whole;
a system for which innovative and alternative teaching and learning methods are necessary, such as the classroom that yesterday opened in Las Lomas.
