In order to combine the protection of the health of the users and officials of the Justice of the Peace of Águilas, and following instructions from the Court of Justice of Murcia, the following measures are proposed for the reorganization of the activities of the Court;
measures that will not significantly affect the suspension of the public service it provides:
- Any action that, if not practiced, could cause irreparable damage will be ensured.
-The issuance of burial licenses will be ensured.
- In relation to the celebration of marriages, only the spouses and witnesses will be allowed access to the hearing room and, in addition, the marriages of the month of March are postponed, holding the aforementioned previous reasoned justification.
-Birth registrations will be made in a peremptory period.
(normally it is usually done from the health center).
-The certifications of faith of life and state will be issued from March 31 (completing those that are urgently motivated)
We recommend going to court only for very justified reasons.
