The City Council of Águilas has announced the temporary suspension of the limited parking area (blue zone) that will remain free of parking from this moment.
A measure that they point out from the Town Hall is motivated by different reasons: to prevent the controllers of this service from remaining on public roads;
free parking spaces so that in the compulsory movements regulated in the Royal Decree citizens can park as close as possible to their destination;
and also due to the fact that ticket vendors themselves can be a source of contagion.
Despite this announcement, the spokesman for the Government Team, Tomás Consentino, recalled that "you should stay at home and leave it only for work, medical-care reasons and the acquisition of basic necessities, as- he insisted- stopping the coronavirus is everyone's responsibility. "
