Although in most of the aquilian citizenship is complying with the confinement rules, the Local Police has been forced in recent days to draw up the first sanction acts against those citizens who seem not to want to understand that staying in their homes is the most effective way to deal with the health alert we are going through.
"Except in these cases," the Local Police insist, "we are observing a high degree of civility and responsibility on the part of citizens."
In this sense, the mayor of Citizen Security, Toms Consentino, recalled that "although it is true that until last week we were talking about recommendations, after the State of Alarm was decreed we are already talking about mandatory rules that, if not respected, will suppose a financial penalty ranging from 601 to 30,000 euros. "
From the Local Police, and with the collaboration of the rest of the security and emergency bodies, a comprehensive device has been put in place throughout the municipality to guarantee security and ensure that, as stated in the State of Alarm decree, the Mobility is conditioned only to exceptional cases (work, medical-assistance reasons and acquisition of basic necessities).
