The spokesman for the Government Team, Tomás Consentino, has urged citizens not to give credibility to the numerous hoaxes and false news that, in relation to the COVID-19 virus, are circulating these days on social networks and WhatsApp.
In this sense, Consentino has insisted on the fact that the only verified information is that provided by the competent authorities and updated in official channels of the City Council and local media.
The aquiline mayor has asked citizens not to increase, even more, the existing state of alarm with news that is not true, while reminding that the dissemination of the same constitutes a very serious crime that may be accompanied by economic sanctions and even prison terms.
REMEMBER:
The dissemination of hoaxes and false news constitutes a very serious crime.
The only verified information is that provided by the competent authorities.
No, neither tonight nor any other night is going to launch any type of product against the coronavirus from helicopters.
It's a hoax
Do not believe it
Don't spread it.
