The mayor of Education, Francis Gallego, has reported that the Ministry of Education and Culture, in order to facilitate the submission of applications electronically in the process of admission of students for the next school year, has implemented new electronic signature systems that they do not require a digital certificate. The deadline for submitting applications began on March 9 and was interrupted after the declaration of the state of national alarm.
Despite the fact that the period is interrupted and that it must be extended from the moment in which administrative deadlines are resumed at the national level, families can present telematic instances to request the school they prefer for their children for the next course. Thus, the Ministry will facilitate the submission of applications through electronic headquarters to families without a digital certificate or electronic ID.
To do this, three systems have been implemented for temporary use that allow registering the center application request electronically and with full validity. In order to submit applications electronically, you must access the Admission section of the Educarm website. However, the mayor of Education has insisted on the fact that the admission periods continue to be interrupted, so he has called for calm for those parents and guardians who cannot submit their application online since it will be reported when it is possible to do it in person at educational centers.
